Group A2 (2/5 students) 11am - 12:30am, Mon - Thur
A2: Students expand their vocabulary to include daily routines, hobbies, shopping, travel, and health. They learn to describe past actions using the Simple past tense, give basic opinions, and express preferences. Sentence structures become slightly more complex, and listening/speaking skills develop in common social situations.
Group B1 (1/5 students) 5:30pm - 7pm, Mon & Frid / Group B2 (1/5 students) 7pm - 9pm, Tues - Thur
B1: Students discuss personal experiences, plans, hopes, and opinions on familiar topics. They use Simple past, Continuous past, and future tenses, and begin managing longer conversations and texts. Emphasis is placed on improving fluency, describing situations in detail, and handling everyday scenarios more independently.
B2: Students engage in discussions on a wide range of topics including current events, culture, and abstract ideas. They refine their use of complex verb tenses like present subjunctive (I hope that), develop nuanced arguments, and express cause, consequence, and contrast. Listening and reading comprehension improve with more authentic materials.
Group A2 (1/5 students) 7pm - 8:30pm, Mon - Thur
